Sri Lanka is a priceless destination when it comes to Culture and Heritage. A 2500 year old legacy has left the country with some of the world’s most valuable heritage. In recognition of its valuable contribution to world culture, UNESCO has declared six Archeological World Heritage Sites in the country; namely

In Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa one can witness enormous Dagabos (Pagodas), the remains of ancient buildings and majestic statues. Sigiriya is a mighty rock fortress that houses the beautiful Sigirya frescoes while the Dambulla Cave temple boasts of the largest and best- preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The Royal City of Kandy is home to the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha and the location of the colorful Annual Kandy Perahera (procession) and the Dutch Fort in Galle dating back to the mid 17th century is one of the best preserved Fort complexes in the country
